VibraLife of El Paso is a 52,922-square-foot integrated post-acute care facility, delivered in 2017 and operated by Vibra Healthcare. It brings three levels of care under one roof: 60 skilled-nursing beds, 16 assisted-living beds, and a specialized 16-bed memory-care unit.
The campus includes a full wellness center — a rehabilitation gym, wound care, and expert IV therapy services — and was designed around a “Discharge to Home” model built specifically for Accountable Care Organizations and bundled-payment reimbursement.
